Experience the Full Home Building Process

You'll experience the entire home building process from start to finish by deciding everything from the floor plan and elevation to the front door's color. Our Design Team will bring your vision to life with each of your selections at your Design Studio appointment. Once you've made your selections, you'll have weekly check-ins with your Personal Builder until your home is complete.

Select a Home That's Already Started

If you have a timeline you'd like to hit and a full build is too long, then purchasing a home already started might be the path for you. Summit has 100s of homes already started throughout the metro, both in Kansas City and Des Moines. Our Community Managers will work with you to identify the best community, floor plan and timing that fits your needs. From there, you'll be able to preview the complete design for the home that has already been hand-selected by our award-winning design team. 

Purchase a Completed Home 

Need to move in 30-60 days? Then purchasing one of our move-in ready homes is the way to go. Our move-in ready homes have been expertly designed by our design team and showcase our most popular upgrades and on-trend selections.
