The Bayfield is known for the open kitchen, dining and family room with a grand staircase. Another big perk to this plan is that the master bedroom and bathroom are on the main level.

Also available with this plan are 4 exterior elevation options. Buyers get to choose between Farmhouse, Craftsman, Tuscan or Prairie giving finish options of stone, siding, shake or stucco.
