Our website organizes our homes by community, floor plan, location, price point, school district, status and more. You can hit the “heart” on the homes and save them to your favorites as you search. This is such an easy way to help organize your options.
Anytime you submit a request on our website, you’ll hear from our New Home Specialist, Ashley. She IS a real person, not a robot, we promise. She’s been part of our team for years and knows the ins and out of our homes, communities and the new home process.
Ashley’s goal is to help understand your wants and needs and match you with the best Community Manager. We do this a few different ways.
1. After you submit a request, Ashley will follow up by phone, text, video and email. Seriously, she’s so excited to talk to you; she’ll try it all. Maybe even a carrier pigeon or skywriting.
2. Book a time with Ashley. You can look at her calendar and choose a time that works for your busy schedule. Then, she’ll contact you to discuss your wants and needs.
3. Book a Discovery Session with one of our Community Managers. This is a fantastic way to sit down with one of our talented Community Managers, get a tour of one of our communities and walk through our homes.
4. Book a Design Studio preview with our Design Team. If you know you want to build with Summit, Ashley can arrange a Design Studio Preview to understand the full build process better. Plus, seeing our Design Studio is one of the highlights of the build process.
It all comes down to you. We want to meet you where you are and guide you through buying new construction or building a home with us.
