Summit Homes announces new phase at Highland Meadows

Kansas City, Mo. – May 2022 Community developer and home builder, Summit Homes, has announced details of a homesite release timeline for the highly-anticipated Highland Meadows final phase. Highland Meadows is within Lee’s Summit school district and has close access to the highway, downtown, and the newest shopping district. The Rob Ellerman Team Reece Nichols is exclusively marketing the last phase. 

Highland Meadows will have two additional local builders invested in the community and building homes alongside Summit. These two builders are Trumark Homes and New Mark Homes. Buyers will have the option of choosing their homesite, builder, and home plan. Home pricing is expected to start in the $500s.  

The Homesite Release Event for Highland Meadows will be held on Saturday, June 18^th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am onsite so potential buyers can tour the community, walk available homesites and meet the builders. Pricing and plan information will be unveiled at the event and commitments to build will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. 

The community is in a premier Lee’s Summit location just south of Longview Road and west of Pryor. Families in Highland Meadows will enjoy easy access to new shopping and dining at Summit Fair, Summit Woods, and the new Pryor district. The community has a swimming pool and is within walking distance of hiking, biking, swimming, boating, fishing, and camping at Longview Lake, which is surrounded by nearly five acres of parkland. The park is home to the Fred Arbanas Golf Course and features a marina, swim beach, campground, and over ten miles of nature trails.

Families of Highland Meadows are in Lee’s Summit school district and will attend Longview Farm Elementary School, Summit Lakes Middle School, and Lee's Summit West High School.
