Meet Your Team

You'll have an entire team of people dedicated to bringing your new home dreams to reality, including your Project Manager and Community Manager. Whether on-site or at the office, your team will be on hand to answer questions and keep you posted on your home's progress.

    Design Your Home

    We've simplified the home-buying process, saving you valuable time. As our Community Managers guide you through the home purchase, they will help you choose the best design series for your needs and tastes.  At Summit Homes, we understand that every homeowner has unique preferences and budgets. That's why we're offering a range of thoughtfully curated design packages, from the cost-efficient yet stylish Series 1 to the luxurious and meticulously detailed Series 3. In each community, you'll be able to explore these design packages firsthand, allowing you to choose the one that best aligns with your vision for your new home. Whether you're drawn to the affordability of Series 1, the upscale finishes of Series 2, or the perfect blend of luxury and functionality in Series 3, you can rest assured that every detail has been carefully considered to elevate your living experience.

      Preconstruction Meeting

      Now that your home plan, homesite, and designs are finalized, you and your Project Manager will meet and conduct a comprehensive review of your final plans and specifications as well as the building process itself. You will discuss site visit protocols, how to handle questions, trade contractor communication, and the target delivery date. From here, you'll have weekly calls with your Project Manager to stay up-to-date on your home's progress.

        New Home Orientation

        Your Project Manager will introduce you to your new home and its many features. We will walk through the home to confirm the installation of selections and condition of cosmetic surfaces. Your Project Manager will also review key maintenance points to ensure you have years of satisfactory homeownership. Finally, we will discuss planned warranty visits and reporting procedures.

          Welcome Home Celebration

          At this meeting which takes place one day before closing, we will celebrate the delivery of a 100% completed home to you. If any items were noted for repair at the New Home Orientation, this is the opportunity to ensure all work is completed to your satisfaction. The goal of this meeting is to ensure you go to closing as a satisfied Summit Homes homeowner. You are also introduced to our Customer Care team for any ongoing support.
