Find Your Home
Meet with one of our Community Managers to start narrowing down which communities and home plans fit your needs. Tour model homes and visit communities to choose the homesite and floor plan that is best for you. You'll be able to explore our design packages firsthand, allowing you to choose the one that best aligns with your vision for your new home.
Purchase Agreement
Once you've selected your new home, meet with your Community Manager to sign a contract, review the process and meet your Project Manager.
Pre-Closing Orientation
Your Project Manager will introduce you to your new home and its many features. We will walk through the home to confirm the installation of selections and condition of cosmetic surfaces. Your Project Manager will also review key maintenance points to ensure you have years of satisfactory homeownership. Finally, we will discuss planned warranty visits and reporting procedures.
It's Closing Day
Once you've signed the final papers, you'll be an official member of the Summit family of homeowners. Congratulations!
