We're committed to providing world-class customer service throughout the entire new home journey, even after you've moved into your new Summit home. Our Customer Care team is on hand to help you with any concerns that may arise after you're moved into your Summit home.

30-Day Check In
As your 30-day anniversary approaches, your Personal Builder will contact you to schedule a check in with you and your new home. Your Personal Builder will ensure that your home is still performing as well as the day you moved in. They also will review the process of submitting claims to Customer Care and review ongoing homeowner maintenance protocols.
90-Day Survey
At your 90-day anniversary, you will be contacted by email and/or by phone to answer three quick questions on how satisfied you are with your new home, whether Summit Homes met its commitments, and would you recommend Summit Homes to your friends & family. Our Summit team is continuously working to provide the best experience possible, and your feedback helps us improve each day.
Year-End Check In
When you've been living in your home for about 11 months, you will be contacted by the Customer Care team. At your 11-month check in, a member of the Customer Care team will inspect your home with you to verify everything is in working order. If any items need to be addressed, the Customer Care team will schedule repairs.
