During your design & contract appointment, you are free to take as many photos and notes as you like. We’ll also provide you with a list of your selections. 

No! Series one is included in the base price of the home. How great is that!?

Absolutely! Each design series is independent of the others. You can choose series 1, 2 or 3. 

Mixing items from the different series is not an option. We have set up these curated packages to simplify ordering and ensure the correct products are installed in your new home. 

I realize that personalizing your new home is very important to you. Our designers built these design collections based on consumer focus groups, design trends, years of design selections made by Summit homeowners and the latest and greatest materials. The curated packages are neutral enough to really work with anyone's design style.

Look at you thinking about adding equity to your new home already! The best part about buying a home is that it is all yours. After you close on your new Summit home, you can easily paint walls, add built-ins, add tile, and anything you can think of.  

At this time, we do not offer custom options. Instead, our homes feature thoughtfully curated design packages crafted to provide style and value, making homeownership more attainable for our buyers. While we don’t offer custom selections during the build process, many homeowners personalize their spaces after closing with DIY projects, décor upgrades, and creative touches that make the home their own.

Included in the base price is our average-sized lot, home with an unfinished basement, and our series 1 design package.
