Introducing our Series 1 Design Package tailored to meet your needs and budget. Series 1 offers a cost-efficient solution without compromising on design quality. Crafted by Summit Homes to ensure accessibility for all, it features standard amenities such as LVP flooring in main areas, carpeting in designated spaces, vinyl in bathrooms, laminate countertops with a 4" straight splash, fiberglass tub/shower units with chrome fixtures, and nickel door hardware.
