2015 St. Jude Dream Home at Chapman Farms
Earlier this week, Summit and
St. Jude hosted a Bricks & Sticks kick-off breakfast for the 2015 St. Jude Dream Home campaign in Kansas City, which was directly followed by the groundbreaking ceremony. The
St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is celebrating its tenth campaign in the Kansas City market, and we are thrilled to build the Dream Home here for the fifth year in a row.
At the kick-off breakfast, Summit's President and COO Zalman Kohen unveiled the floor plan for this year's Dream Home. We are debuting a brand new plan with the construction of the Dream Home.
The 4,195 square foot Templeton plan is a two-story home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, incorporating a multi-generational guest suite on the main level with its private bathroom, walk-in closet, and laundry area.
The main level also features an optional sixth bedroom with dedicated bathroom that can be used as a flex room or office, great room with fireplace and built-in shelving, and a covered patio off of the open-concept kitchen and dining area.
The upper level contains the master suite with a custom tile spa bathroom, oversized closet with built-in seating and island, and a connected laundry room. Three additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms are located off of a vaulted loft space, which features a built-in media center.
City of Blue Springs Mayor Carson Ross and members of the City Council joined our CEO Fred Delibero for the groundbreaking, which was attended by many of the tradesmen and vendors who will donate supplies and labor to the construction of the Dream Home this year.

The Shores at Chapman Farms, located near MO 7 Highway and Colbern Road in Blue Springs. The
2014 St. Jude Dream Home was also built in Chapman Farms, a Summit Exclusive Community built around a thirty-acre lake and featuring a community pool and cabana, fitness trails, and a playground.
The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is the largest single event fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and all proceeds from the raffle benefit the children St. Jude. You can learn more about our involvement with St. Jude

Tickets for the giveaway of the 2015 St. Jude Dream Home at Chapman Farms will go on sale June 1
st and the home will be raffled off at the end of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City’s Fall Parade of Homes on October 18
