Are you a licensed Realtor ready to make new home sales your primary focus? As a Community Manager with Summit Homes, you’ll take ownership of a community and work directly with buyers, agents, and our internal teams to deliver an exceptional homebuilding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Exclusively represent and manage sales for a Summit Homes community.
- Work on-site in the community 5 days per week.
- Earn commission on all homes sold within your assigned community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and Project Managers.
- Collaborate with Summit's full support team to drive sales and provide top-tier customer service.
- Stay informed on upcoming communities and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Realtor.
- Must be willing to join/transfer your license to ReeceNichols Real Estate and The Rob Ellerman Team.
- Strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
