Responsibilities

• Fill in for Community Managers during vacations or time off.
• Represent Summit Homes and assist walk-in traffic in assigned communities.
• Learn Summit's process for selling, designing, and building new construction homes.
• Stay informed on upcoming communities and potential full-time opportunities.
• Maintain your own resale business while building your new home expertise.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license.
• Interest in new home construction and sales.
• Willingness to work flexible, as-needed shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to transfer your license to ReeceNichols Real Estate.
