Responsibilities:
- Support our full-time Community Managers, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts.
- Provide on-site sales support to prospective homebuyers in our new home communities.
- Learn the full process of how Summit Homes sells, designs, and builds homes.
- Earn commission on any sales you procure while in the community.
- Gain early access to future communities and full-time sales opportunities.
- Maintain your existing resale business while building your new construction expertise.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Realtor.
- Must be willing to join/transfer your license to ReeceNichols Real Estate and The Rob Ellerman Team.
- Passion for new home sales and client experience.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
