Responsibilities:

  • Support our full-time Community Managers, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts.
  • Provide on-site sales support to prospective homebuyers in our new home communities.
  • Learn the full process of how Summit Homes sells, designs, and builds homes.
  • Earn commission on any sales you procure while in the community.
  • Gain early access to future communities and full-time sales opportunities.
  • Maintain your existing resale business while building your new construction expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Realtor.
  • Must be willing to join/transfer your license to ReeceNichols Real Estate and The Rob Ellerman Team.
  • Passion for new home sales and client experience.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
