An exciting week for the Summit Team

This fall is a busy and exciting time for the Summit Custom Homes team! We are about to give away our 5th St. Jude Dream Home (only one week left to reserve your ticket!), the Fall Parade of Homes is in full swing and we are diligently working on several new communities throughout Kansas City. Amidst all the excitement, we've been honored to receive a handful of distinctions and awards this week that celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our dedicated team. Members of our team went to the St. Jude Dream Home Builder Summit in Memphis to meet with other Dream Home builders from around the country to share ideas and stories and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Dream Home Giveaway program. Summit was named a Zero Hero Builder for the fourth year in a row at the event, a distinction given to builders who build a Dream home with the full value of labor and materials completely donated (shout-out to our awesome trade partners and sponsors!). This allows all the proceeds from raffle ticket sales to go straight to the kids of St. Jude.     Our CEO Fred Delibero was also honored with the first-ever Excellence in Mentorship award for his work helping other Dream Home builders develop and implement strategies to build zero-cost Dream Homes in their communities.   Members of the Summit Team at HBA Fall Parade Awards, from left: Kristi Pinnick, Director of sales; Darrell Naeger, Designer; Jodi Palin, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Kyle Jones, Regional Director - Kansas and Missouri North; Doug Jenson, Regional Director - Missouri South.     At the Fall Parade of Homes Awards, our team received 11 awards for excellence in design and construction for our entries in this season's parade. These distinctions are truly an accomplishment not only for our team, but also for our fantastic network of trade partners, our family of Summit homeowners and our friends and supporters throughout Kansas City.
