Behind the Build with Bill Quick

A good Personal Builder can make or break a home building company. They must navigate the wall that separates the trades from the home buyers and jump back and forth between the roles. The PB's, as we call them, must have an eye for detail, proven organization and be dedicated to providing a positive home building experience. Three years ago, Summit Homes added Bill Quick to the team and he has shown that he not only has these qualities but in many cases, will go above and beyond expectations.

Bill is currently managing two Summit exclusive communities, Ridgewood Place at Chapman Farms and Villas of Chapman Farms both in Blue Springs. Before coming to Summit, Bill had been around home construction since he was 18 citing experience in an array of areas from paint, carpentry, restoration, flipping houses and project management. Bill does it all!

He grew up in Tallahassee, Florida then moved to Kansas and graduated from Olathe East. He has two children. His daughter, Abigail, is 13 and his son, Isaiah, is 10.  When Bill is not managing his construction sites, you can find him outdoors. He loves camping, playing softball, volleyball and going to concerts.
