Happy Bottoms Upgraded Space

Summit was excited to partner with a new charitable organization in 2021, Happy Bottoms. Their mission is to provide local families with a resource to alleviate diaper needs in Kansas City. They work to empower low-income families through donations and other resources. Happy Bottoms has distributed over 10 million diapers across the metro. 

Summit team members spent time volunteering in their facility last year to help package diapers, wrap and load boxes for community members in need. Overall, Summit spent 6 afternoons at Happy Bottoms to help support its mission. 

At the time, the Happy Bottoms team was working out of a warehouse and needed an upgrade to their office space, kitchen, bathrooms, and conference rooms. Summit understood the need and donated $20,000 toward their remodel project. They leveraged that donation to secure additional donations and were able to raise enough to cover the total cost of the remodel. 

Recently, Summit team members went out to tour their facility to see the transformation.
