Join us for 30 days of giving in June   Summit is dedicated to building and supporting strong communities all year long, but this June, we’re stepping up our giving game. All month long, we'll be hosting a variety of family-friendly community events featuring yummy treats, fun games, contests, and hands-on activities for kids. Bounce houses, bicycle courses, face painting, and local radio personalities will be popping up from time to time as well, so follow us on Facebook and Twitter for the latest info. View Junerosity schedule of events and activities.  Tour a model home in one of our Summit Exclusive Communities during the month of June and we’ll donate $25 to your choice of the following charitable organizations (click to each charity to learn more): St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Drumm Farm Center for Children Hope Haven of Cass County Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City Harvesters Community Food Network Lee's Summit Educational Foundation If you sign a contract to purchase or build a home in a Summit Exclusive Community during the month of June, we will donate $250 to your choice of organizations from the list above. Seven Summit Exclusive Communities located throughout the southeastern KC metro area will participate in Junerosity. When you visit one of our Summit Exclusive Communities, be sure to pick up a Summit Passport. Have your passport stamped at each community you visit – visit four or more communities and be entered in a drawing to win an Apple iWatch from Summit! Chapman Farms – Blue Springs, MO Foxberry Estates – Lake Lotawana, MO Villas of Parkwood – Lee’s Summit, MO Parkwood at Stoney Creek - Lee’s Summit, MO Brooks Farm – Lee’s Summit, MO Timber Trails – Raymore, MO High Point at Creekmoor – Raymore, MO  

*Summit Custom Homes will make one $25 donation on behalf of each party that tours a model home in a Summit Exclusive Community (Chapman Farms, Foxberry Estates, Villas of Parkwood, Parkwood at Stoney Creek, Brooks Farm, Timber Trails, or High Point at Creekmoor) from June 1-30, 2015. Each party must complete a donation form at time of initial tour designating their choice for donation recipient from the following list of organizations: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Drumm Farm Center for Children, Harvesters Community Food Network, Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City, Hope Haven of Cass County, and Lee's Summit Educational Foundation. To be eligible for Passport prize drawing, guests must visit four of the seven communities participating in Junerosity and have their passport book stamped by the sales agent onsite at each community, then submit their stamped passport to a sales agent in any of the seven communities. Summit Custom Homes will donate $250 to the buyer's choice of the organizations listed above for each contract written and accepted between June 1 and June 30, 2015 (donation to be made at time of closing).
