New Models and Sales Center in the works for Parkwood at Stoney Creek

Hello everyone! Parkwood at Stoney Creek has become one of the fastest selling new homes communities in Lee's Summit, Missouri, since Summit Custom Homes purchased the remaining developed lots and starting building there in 2010. To keep up with the demand of Parkwood, with homes priced anywhere from the $280's to the $400's, Summit is opening up four new, fully furnished model homes including a new sales center at the end of July! Unlike our usual sales centers in other communities, Parkwood at Stoney Creek will have a slightly different layout. The garage area of one of the model homes will be divided into four rooms, featuring a sitting room with a play table for the kids, a conference room for writing up contracts and talking about our beautiful homes, an office for the sales agent, and a foyer. Each space will contain informational installations to demonstrate what makes Summit Custom Homes and Parkwood at Stoney Creek the perfect option for families looking for a new home!
