Spring Parade of Homes

Starting Friday, the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City will be hosting the Spring Parade of Homes from April 28 through May 13, 2018. Homes will be open from 11 a.m to 6 p.m with free admission. Pick up a Parade guide outside the HBA at I-435 and Holmes or at any of the homes on the Parade.

The Spring Parade of Homes is a great way to get out and experience a Summit Homes community for yourself and check out Summit's exceptional quality and extensive list of standard features in person. Look for granite in the kitchen and every bathroom. Pay close attention to the Bosch appliances, the Kohler fixtures and Shaw floors.
