Happy Homeowners: The Heggem Family

Chad and Kelli Heggem  moved into their new home in December with their children, and we asked if they would provide some feedback about Summit Custom Homes, the buying process, etc. They were kind enough to do so, and we were pleased to find out that they are some seriously happy homeowners.

How did you hear about Summit Custom Homes?

We heard about Summit Custom Homes by touring the Creekmoor community.

What were your biggest questions about the process of buying a new home?

 This is our third house so we were familiar with the process, however Summit made the process very easy for us.

In your search for a new home, what did you find were the most important factors you were looking for?

We wanted it to really feel like home, and it did.  We wanted to live in a neighborhood that took pride in the property and had a golf course. We also wanted the home to have an open floorplan and  a great kitchen.  Really this home just offered everything we were looking for.

Why did you choose a Summit home?

We chose the home after it was built while touring it during the Parade of Homes.  We knew it was the house we wanted the first time we walked in.

Why did you choose Edgewater at Creekmoor?

 We wanted to stay in Raymore and enjoy the golf course community.

What were you most excited about before moving into your home?

 We were excited about the community.  Specifically about the home, the kitchen was what we looked forward to the most.

What do you like best about your new home?

We love the openness of our home.  The colors and the kitchen are amazing.  It's exactly what we were looking for as our kids are getting older.
