New Summit Exclusive Communities coming in 2015

  Stoney Creek Estates

Since we began work in the Parkwood at Stoney Creek neighborhood in 2010, we have built more than 70 homes there, and more than 20 families moved into Parkwood in 2014.

With its superior location south of Hwy 150 in the award-winning Lee’s Summit R-7 school district and spectacular amenities, Parkwood became popular with homebuyers and we began work on expanding the community to offer more homes to accommodate a diverse range of lifestyles and offer Summit homes at a greater range of price points.

In 2014, we developed and began home construction in the Villas of Parkwood, a maintenance-provided community designed for luxury main level living. Construction on the first homes in the neighborhood, including a Community Sales Center and three furnished model homes, began in late 2014, and will be completed next month. The Villas of Parkwood will feature five all-new floor plans: Catania, Ravenna, Palermo, Messina, and Venice.

Construction of the first homes in the new Manor at Stoney Creek neighborhood began last month. The Manor will feature another five brand new floor plans as part of our Lifestyle Series. With the Lifestyle Series, we simplify the building process by providing homebuyers with pre-selected designer finish packages chosen exclusively by our award-winning interior designer.

Finally, we have begun development activities for The Reserve at Stoney Creek, and plan to have development substantially completed in May, with lots ready for construction by July.

  Mill Creek of Summit Mill

We have been busy developing additional neighborhoods in the Mill Creek of Summit Mill community located off of Langsford Road in Lee’s Summit. Development is 70% complete in the 3^rd Plat, and we are just waiting for the weather to clear long enough for us to finish paving and curbs and install vegetation. We have already begun plans on a 4^th Plat at Mill Creek, and we hope to start development activities midsummer.
