Raising Hope KC dedicates their 2020 home.

Raising Hope KC is a unique partnership with Summit Homes and our trade partners to build a home at zero cost for a not-for-profit organization. Our amazing trade partners, vendors and suppliers donate their labor, materials and services to build an exceptional home. This year the proceeds from the sale of the home will go to Hope Haven of Cass County. 

To celebrate the hard work and help us dedicate the home in honor of the families at Hope Haven, we invited our partners and Hope Haven staff to a special event and sneak peek of the home. Our local trades and real estate agents wrote messages of hope, happiness and well-wishes on the floor.

It’s a significant event. It means the construction of the home is nearing completion. It’s a chance for everybody that’s put in their time, hard work, love and labor to pull together and see what they've help create. 

The Raising Hope KC home is in Summit's new exclusive community, Hawthorn Ridge in Lee's Summit. The home features a modern farmhouse elevation, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a finished lower level and a tons of custom upgrades. The home is currently on the market for $499,950.
