To qualify, the referral must be submitted at the time of contract and notated on the Contract Cover Sheet. Must be a current Summit homeowner to refer. The referrer and referee can not be the same person. Checks will be made payable to the referrer post-closing. The offer is subject to change without notice. Effective on contracts received on or after 12.4.2025, referral payout is limited to 1, $500 referral fee, per calendar year per home address.
