HBA Spring Parade of Homes

Spring Parade of Homes was postponed a couple months because of Covid-19, but luckily we were able to open our homes in June to Kansas City paraders. Summit entered 18 homes in 16 different communities. We saw 600 people come through our communities in those two weeks to view our communities, floor plans and interior design. 

We also entered four homes into the Home Builder's Association parade contest for Distinctive Plan and Design and/or Pick of Parade. Three of our entries took home awards!
