Providing our homeowners with the best customer experience is our #1 goal. We had the privilege of helping Connie and Pat build a home after living in their previous home for 46 years. Please enjoy thier story: 

We love our new Summit Homes Home! We lived in our former Waldo Home for forty-sixyears, raised our three sons there and carry with us lots of wonderful treasured memories!! So our home-building journey has, at times, been an emotional one; however, we could not be happier with our new beautiful Summit Home!

One of the best parts of the journey has been working with the kind and caring Summit Homes Team of professionals!! This begins with Jeff Rimmer, who guided us initially with touring numerous model homes. Jeff is such a great listener, very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his clients! This became evident when Jeff (on his day off) took photos to better explain a needed deck change to our house. I was traveling, and when Jeff realized I was having difficulty visualizing the needed changes, he joyfully took pictures, texted them to me to make sure I understood the situation completely so I could make an informed decision. Jeff’s “can do” attitude was further demonstrated when he involved Josh Kennison to assist us with locating / changing some of our windows to match what we had expected from the model we selected. Both Jeff and Josh’s genuine caring about our satisfaction with the building of our home cannot be overstated. Connie & I are so very grateful to them both for making the desired changes happen!

During the building process, we were absolutely blessed to have Diamond Winston join the Summit Homes Team!! Diamond’s professionalism, knowledge, expertise, kindnessand again, “genuine caring” about Connie & I was simply put “beyond words!” Diamond, too is a great listener, focused on important details, an excellent communicator, very dependable and truly has sincere empathy for others!! When Diamond realized how stressed Connie & I were about our earlier than expected closing date, he immediately communicated with the Summit Homes Team and our realtor / niece, Renee Amey, to make adjustments to our closing date, which lowered our stress levels tremendously!!!

Throughout our lives, Connie & I have had many family and friends build homes - so we knew building a house could be very stressful. Then to add to the challenge, we waited until we were 75 / 77 years old respectively before we made the decision to build a home — kinda crazy huh?!!

Thanks to the kindness and caring approach of the Summit Homes Team, we can attest to the process being a great experience and as said earlier, we could NOT be happier with our new Summit Home and we are grateful beyond measure for this next chapter of our lives to begin!

The “City Twenters”are now “Country Twenters” and we thank the SummitHomes Team from the bottom of our hearts for your important role in making this happen!!!
