We are actively looking for new team members in several key positions within the company. 

New Homes Specialist: duties include responding quickly and personally to all online leads, handle all incoming phone calls, provide persistent and targeting follow-up, qualify the lead based on individual wants and needs, set and schedule appointments for onsite sales agents and more!

Customer Care Specialist: this position is responsible for reviewing warranty procedures with homeowners and helping set expectations; prepare check-in documents specific to the check-in walk by creating house files, field incoming warranty calls and provide homeowner resolution.

Purchasing Manager: is responsible for purchasing and estimating, including negotiation of pricing on building materials/products and negotiating purchase contracts; value engineering and cost control; and the administration of systems associated with these areas of business.

Sales Manager in Des Moines: is an integral and important part of the management team focused on hiring, leading, training, coaching, mentoring, and holding accountable the community sales teams to achieve defined sales and margin goals. The Manager develops and implements sales plans, fosters excellent relationships with outside Realtors and Community Managers, focuses on homeowner relations and referral programs, and collaborates with the marketing team to brand build and promote each individual community to drive traffic and sales.

Personal Builder (KC & IA): Our PBs schedule and manages the completion of single family homes including warranty periods and other structures on budget and on-time working together with internal staff and external trade contractors. A strong understanding of building science; proven organization, planning and scheduling skills; computer and technology efficiency; and a trade management background is preferred. The PB has an eye for detail, is goal driven and exhibits initiative in achieving assigned tasks and goals.
